ZJX series Roots rotary vane unit is a suction unit, which adopts ZJ Roots pump as the main suction pump, the single or double stage rotary vane as the fore pump. This unit has a high vacuum percentage and a wide range of suction speed, which is to be used to suction dry and clean gas. With gas ballast equipment, this unit can also suction gas with small amount of vapor. This unit has been widely used in many industries such as metallurgy, chemical, light industry, petroleum, pharmaceutical, printing, electric appliances, electric vacuum, semi-conductor, food, atomic energy, textile and so on. |
